For thirty years, Pasticceria Cioccolateria Mosaico has been producing genuine products linked to the territory, showing commitment to the combination of passion, craftsmanship, tradition, and modernity. The company was founded in Aquileia in 1992 as a pastry shop. Later the production of gluten-free pastries and coffee roasting were implemented. In 2018 Cocambo was born, the first chocolate factory with a complete production chain in Friuli Venezia Giulia with the direct processing of cocoa beans. Thus began a complex but fundamental fully rounded path of sustainability that sees the company engaged on several fronts. Passion, craftsmanship, tradition and modernity come together to give life to genuine products linked to the territory.
