Fred Jerbis is an experimental project in the world of spirits and liqueurs. The name of Friulian inspiration wants to emphasize its territory. The project’s philosophy is based on three points: simple products but rich in scents and nuances; tradition, research and experimentation go hand in hand; to enhance the land (herbs are produced by them), but with an attitude of openness and internationality. In order to create original products, you need a different and evolving point of view, to be able to see things from a new perspective.
