Latteria Sociale di Cividale
Since 1924, in Cividale del Friuli, the Latteria Sociale di Cividale has been processing milk traditionally, without those additives to lengthen its duration, which can ruin the taste and richness of the raw ingredient. The members provide the milk daily, guaranteeing the uniqueness of flavour and taste of the products. The company’s philosophy is to preserve the aroma of the milk from the moment of milking, enhancing and refining it with particular processing and maturing: that of raw milk.
