The Aizza family took over the restaurant management in 1981, and it immediately became a leader of regional catering, as it offered traditional Friuli cuisine. Later, the daughters Katia and Monya took over. With their love and passion for catering, they combined traditional cuisine with a pinch of novelty and modernity, adding their personal experience to that handed down by their parents. Between the new and traditional, the restaurant establishes the basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
